SHIPPING POLICY

Due to all of our products being handmade to order, our shipping times may vary and may be longer than other online retailers. We aim to make your order within 1-2 weeks but this may vary depending on how busy we are. Up-to-date lead times will always be displayed in the banner at the top of our homepage. 

We will only despatch your order when we are 100% happy with the quality control checks following your product being made. Every one of our products is made here in Elland, West Yorkshire. 

RETURNS POLICY

Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted for all non-personalised items. 

Contact us within: 3 days of delivery

Send items back within: 7 days of delivery

 
We do not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Personalised and custom items are not covered under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. 

Due to the inability to resell personalised and custom items, we are unable to refund if you change your mind. Refunds will only be offered should an item be defective. 

Non personalised items can be returned/replaced providing the item is returned to us, at the buyers cost and in the condition they were received in. A refund will not be processed until the item is received by us.
